mp4 with weird audio track, mplayer having problems demuxing it properly

when i try to play it with mplayer i get all kind of audio artefacts (noises, echoing, desync, etc )
various -afm doesn't help, -demuxer lavf gets no sound at all
remuxing file with MP4Box doesn't help too

the only way i was able to watch this was extracting audio with MP4Box and using -audiofile

btw, mkvmrge can't properly import from this too, same audio artefacts, but on windows with cccp there is no problems with playback
