This is one of the smaller EVO files from the transformers DVD.  It
is already decrypted.

It plays fine in PowerDVD 7.3 build 3304, but mplayer says the
following when it tries to play it:

The video, as you can see, doesn't play at all (for some reason, the
stream format is slightly different from other MPEG-PS streams, it
seems) and the audio doesn't either - the last 3 messages come up over
and over again.
