Mplayer thinks that this mp3 is mpeg video file and try to play it as such
as you may see, it thinks that it is css encoded. And guess what happens 
when sb tried to seek, - Segfault, becouse demuxer assumes that mpeg 
have video.
this MP3 is played perfectly with any native mp3 player
it have crc, and doesn't seem to be broken.
