When playing the file angel_av_sync_problem.avi, the audio is not synchronized
with the video.
I've tried using the relevant flags, but they do not work (except -delay).
Running mplayer with '-delay -0.7' makes the audio synchronized.
This problem occurs only on this file.
Moreover, the file plays OK when using aviplay (aviflile).
